    • Users can submit video recordings or trading records to request compensation.
    • Compensation will be provided based on actual losses.
• Exclusive VIP Compensation – Customized Rewards for High-Volume Traders
  • Users with a monthly trading volume exceeding 1,000,000 USDT are eligible for additional compensation benefits, including:
    • Slippage compensation threshold lowered to 0.03% (twice the standard for regular users).

How to Participate?

1. Prepare Required Materials

• Submit the necessary materials within 3 days after the order is completed.
• When applying for platform malfunction compensation, users must record trading screens on Coin8, Binance, and OKX as evidence.

2. Appeal Process

• Contact online customer support and submit the required video recordings or screenshots.
• The appeal must include historical order records, transaction prices, and other relevant details.

Program Rules and Risk Disclosure
