During the futures system upgrade, the following inconveniences may occur:

Scope of Impact:

• During the upgrade, there may be a temporary delay in the data related to your futures positions, orders, and trades.
• During the upgrade, there may be a temporary delay in the K-line chart.

If you encounter such issues, the impact is expected to last no longer than 5 minutes. We recommend trying again after 5 minutes.

 

Important Notes:

• Please manage your futures positions and orders in advance to avoid unnecessary losses.
• We will announce the completion of the upgrade as soon as possible.
