Additionally, traders' deposited assets are fully separated from Coin8's operational budget, further enhancing reliability. 5、Why hasn’t my deposit been credited?
Your deposit may not have been credited for the following reasons: For more details, you can check the reasons for deposits not being credited.
Transaction has not yet been confirmed on the blockchain |
Coin8 has different requirements for the number of blockchain confirmations needed before the funds are credited. You can find detailed explanations about the required number of confirmations for each blockchain in the "Notes" section of the deposit page. |
Invalid or missing Tag/Memo provided during the deposit |
The main reason why traders’ deposits fail to be credited in time is due to errors in entering the deposit Tag/Memo during the transfer. For cryptocurrencies that require a Tag/Memo (such as XRP, EOS, XYM, RUNE, etc.), each Coin8 account has a unique deposit wallet address for these currencies. Therefore, to ensure that funds are correctly credited to your account, traders must enter the correct Tag/Memo when depositing. For more details on how to retrieve or correct missed Tag/Memo deposit funds, please refer to the process for submitting a self-help form or asset tracking form. |
Deposit via smart contracts
|
Currently, Coin8 does not support deposits via smart contracts. For other cryptocurrencies using smart contracts, please submit a support ticket for assistance. |
Unsupported currency or blockchain used for deposit |
Coin8 only supports deposits for currencies listed on the trader's "Assets" page via the associated standard blockchains. However, if a deposit was made with an unsupported currency or blockchain, please retrieve the TXID, currency type, amount, and blockchain connection information from your wallet or platform, and submit a support ticket to request the return of your funds. Note: Coin8 will make its best effort to recover your funds, but cannot guarantee 100% success in all cases. If Coin8 is unable to recover the funds, the trader may permanently lose the unsupported assets. |
