FAQ - Individual Verification / KYC

1. Why is identity verification necessary?

Identity verification is a process used by financial institutions and other regulated organisations to establish users' identity. "Know Your Customer" (KYC) is an individual verification standard and Coin8 will verify your identity as a conduct of risk assessment to mitigate risk.

 

2. How is identity verification related to my access to Coin8 services?

The withdrawal limit of all Coin8 accounts is closely related to identity authentication.

 

3. How much can I withdraw per day after completing the identity verification?

After completing KYC,the withdrawal amount will be different between Primary certification and Advanced certification.

4.Can I complete individual verification on more than one Coin8 account?

Each user can only complete identity authentication on one Coin8 account.

 

5. How many times can I try again every day if my identity authentication fails?

After each user authentication fails, a maximum of 3 submissions per day.

 

6. Can I change my identity information after verification?

You cannot change the existing authentication information. Once the information is submitted, it cannot be modified. Please verify the information before submitting.

 

7. How long does identity verification take?

Generally, Coin8 will review your certification application within 15 minutes.
