Some common situations where users need to reset Google Authentication (GA):
- Mobile device lost.
- Mobile device/Google verification app malfunction (inaccessible).
- Accidentally deleted Google verification app or account.
If users are unable to log in to their Coin8 account using Google Verification App, please follow the steps below:
Step 1:
Log in to your account. Be sure to remember your password.
Step 2:
Click the profile photo button in the upper left corner on the home page to enter the "Account" page.
Step 3:
Go to "Account" and click "Contact Customer Service".
Step 4:
Contact online customer service or submit a ticket to reset Google verification.
Step 5:
To ensure the security of the user's account, information is required to reset Google verification:
(1) ID card/international passport front and back
(2) Hold the ID card + handwritten note (the note needs to state: Coin8 UID/Registered email/Registered mobile phone number + Reset Google verification + Application date)
Step 6:
After providing the information, Coin8 will review your application within 24 hours.
IMPORTANT NOTE : Any withdrawals will be restricted within 24 hours of successfully changing a security item.
