How to Reset Google Authentication (GA) - WEB

Some common situations where users need to reset Google Authentication (GA):

• Mobile device lost.

Find online customer service on the homepage of the official website .

Step 2:

Click "Talk to a Real Person".

Step 3:

Enter the user "Name" and "Email", and click Send.

Step 4:

After accessing online customer service, explain what you need, such as "How to reset Google Verification".

Step 5:

Please follow the customer service prompts to operate, or directly submit a ticket to reset Google verification.

Step 6:

To ensure the security of the user's account, information is required to reset Google verification：

(1) ID card/international passport front and back
