Step 2:
Click "Talk to a Real Person".
Step 3:
Enter the user "Name" and "Email", and click Send.
Step 4:
After accessing online customer service, explain what you need, such as "How to reset Google Verification".
Step 5:
Please follow the customer service prompts to operate, or directly submit a ticket to reset Google verification.
Step 6:
To ensure the security of the user's account, information is required to reset Google verification:
(1) ID card/international passport front and back
(2) Hold the ID card + handwritten note (the note needs to state: Coin8 UID/Registered email/Registered mobile phone number + Reset Google verification + Application date)
Step 7:
After providing the relevant information, Coin8 will review your application within 24 hours.
