What should I do if I forget my login password? - APP

If you forget your login password when logging in to Coin8, please follow the steps below to retrieve your password:

1. Visit Coin8 APP.

2. Find the login entrance.

3. Click "Forgot Password".

4. Enter the "Email" or "Mobile"  you used when registering, and click Next.

5. Reset Password - Select GA Verification or Email Verification/Mobile Verification.

6. Please enter New password - Please enter password again - Click Confirm.

7. The password changed successfully.

Note: For security purposes, you can not withdraw until 24 hours after reseting your password, please try again later.
