Here's the step-by-step guide on how to submit a ticket to recover your deposit which has not received do to missing tag or memo. You would need to submit all the necessary details in order to verify your transaction.
Step 1:
On Coin8 web, [Submit A Ticket] through our online customer service.
(2) Alternately, [Submit A Ticket] from [Contact Customer Service] on Coin8 APP.
Step 2:
Fill in all the necessary details for the recharge lost due to lost/mistaken address tags :
1) Enter your UID.
2) Describe the problem: "I forgot to add a Tag/Memo when I deposited XXX" or "I added the wrong Tag/Memo when I deposited XXX."
3) Enter the coin, the amount of the coin, the time of deposit, the Transaction ID (TXID).
4) The deposit Coin8 address, the correct Tag/Memo number.
5) Upload/attach any relevant photos or documents.
It is recommended to provide a screenshot from your withdrawal platform/wallet which will show the Transaction ID (TXID), date time of the withdrawal and the withdrawal amount
Step 3:
Click [Submit] and you will receive a ticket number #XXXX. Our Customer Service Representative will get back you via email as soon as possible.
