How to Make an On-Chain Withdrawal Request- APP

Here's the step-by-step guide on how to withdraw your crypto coins (via blockchain to your receiving platform/exchange/wallet) on Coin8 App:

Step 1: First, go to "Overview" from the "Assets" page and select "Withdraw".

Step 2: Under [Crypto], select the coin that you would like to withdraw. You are only able to choose the coins you own on the spot account.

Step 3: Select the network/chain type and you will see the transaction fee for each blockchain accordingly. Please ensure you have selected the same network as the receiving platform/exchange.

Otherwise, check the contract address on the coin, corresponding with its network. If you select the wrong network (not supported by your receiving platform/exchange), your funds might be lost and couldn’t be recovered

*Note: Please be informed that some crypto coins might have a temporary suspension and no deposit/withdrawal is allowed at the time being.

Step 4: Enter the withdrawal address ((from the receiving platform/exchange), and the withdrawal amount and then click "Withdraw".

Step 5: Confirm the withdrawal order.

Step 6: Enter your security verification information.

Finally, your withdrawal request has been submitted successfully. Please wait patiently as it may take within 30 minutes ~ 1 hour.
