How to Complete Individual Verification / KYC - WEB

Here's the step-by-step guidelines to complete your individual verification / KYC on Coin8 web.

Primary KYC steps:

Step 1:

Go to your Coin8 account - Click on the upper right avatar - Account Security - Account information - KYC Verification - Go KYC.

Step 2:

Choose your nationality/issuing country and the ID type (ID card, passport or driver's license). Fill in your name and ID number, and click "Next".

Important note: To comply with the rules and regulations, Coin8 only accepts one or two types of identity document for certain nationalities/countries. For example, we only accept national ID for some countries but passport driver's license are not accepted.

Step 3:

Upload the front and back of the ID on the KYC review page - Click "Submit".

Step 4:

After completing the above information, you need to patiently wait for the review result of the primary certification. Coin8 will review your application within 15 minutes.

Step 5:

If your authentication failed, you can review the reason for failure on the authentication page (move your mouse over the ? button to display the reason for failure.)

Advanced KYC steps:

Step 1:

After passing the primary KYC, click KYC Verification - “Advanced KYC”.

Step 2:

You need to take a photo with your phone or upload a photo from your computer. After uploading the photo, click "Submit".

Photo requirements:

1. ID photo
2. Handwritten paper with：

· Coin8 UID number

· Date: year month day

· Signature：First，Last

Name: First name, surname

Note: Do not wear hats and glasses. Make sure that the lighting is sufficient or not too bright to avoid reflection.

Step 3:

Coin8 will review your application within 15 minutes.

Step 4:
